Thanks for inviting meto blog, Jan. Tuesday night was amazing! I'd been stressed out for the whole day. Part of me thought the race would be so close that we wouldn't know who won until Wednesday morning, and then there would be re-counts.
So, when NBC called it for Obama in just what seemed like a couple of minutes after calling VA, I was elated and in a mild state of shock. But I love that man! He is so good for our country -- and he's perfectly suited to represent us to the world!
By the way, I attended that rally in Leesburg - my first political rally ever! I never cared before this! It was a long wait to get in and out, but it was exciting and worth the trouble.
